Ethan Neumann is the founder of Neumann Homes, a Raleigh-based renovation company focused on restoring homes with intention, integrity, and lasting quality.

Born and raised in Durham, Ethan has spent the past six years building his experience in real estate, developing a deep understanding of both the market and the renovation process.

Ethan founded Neumann Homes with a clear purpose: to elevate overlooked properties and deliver homes that feel both refined and enduring. His work is grounded in discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of his work, Ethan enjoys staying active, exploring new ideas, and continually challenging himself to grow. He shares life with his fiancée—his high school sweetheart—and their two dogs, Mango and Astro.
